Yoga will always start at 7.15 - 8.15am or 8.00 - 9.00am
Classes need a minimum of 3 people to take place and a maximum of 20.

Rise and shine to a unique start to the day, finding calm and strength in your body whilst taking in the picturesqu view of Pentire point. we will lead you through a sequence of moves and postures to challenge your body, balance and strength before restoring calm to the sounds of the waves.
TOUGH GUYS & GALS
Its high tempo, its testing and will push you to the max using the beach and all it has to offer... sand, steps and salty water to name but a few. Be prepared to work hard, to work in teams and individually, but most importantly be ready to have some early morning fitness fun.
TOTAL BODY CIRCUITS
This class is designed for all ages and fitness abilities, Push yourself as hard as you wish to... and I will be there to encourage you to make sure you get the most out of it! A cardio based class, with a mixture of weighted and core moves using a variety of equipment and different surfaces will make sure you get a nice challenge!
High tempo, cardio soring and body working boxing class. With gloves and Pads the beach is our boxing ring! work individually, in pairs and all together for a fun filled workout. This class is desgned so everyone can get stuck in so whether you have never boxed before or your quite the regular, come, get your gloves on and lets box your way into a great summers day!
CORE CRUSHER AND DEEP STRETCH CLASS
Tuesday evenings, I offer a class where we concentrate more on the core and stubborn areas of the body, predominantly using body weight, followed by a deep relaxing stretching session. Look out to sea, distract yourself with the views as you challenge your body and finally watch the sunset as you stretch and un-wind from the day.
