As the festive season falls upon us and whilst I wait for the mountains to be sprinkled in snow - its time to launch my fitness BLOG. Here you shall find any fitness workouts, inspiration, food and thoughts, what makes my fitness world tick and hopefully a place to inspire yours... So look, listen, learn, but most of enjoy what I have to offer and lets embark into the fitness world together and create an ever changing fun and winding fitness pathway.
To start us off with a BANG - is my 12 Days of Fitness HIT Home Workout - NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED!
All you need to do is - 3
Moves, 4 Rounds - 12mins working on a 45s work and 15s rest.
Christmas is a busy time of year - routine seems to fly out of the window, the days are short and time is precious! So I'm here to help you stay on top of your fitness! all you need to do is free up 12mins of your day - you will get the blood pumping, body working and core burning.
Each day I will increase the difficulty slightly - the moves will differ but there will be a consistent theme of 1 Cardio move, 1 Body Weight move and 1 Core move.
Use the first round as a warm up round - familiarise yourself with the moves and then - BOOM smash it out for the following 3 rounds. No break between each round just the 15s to get in to the next starting position!
Incorporate this into your existing workouts or dedicate 12 mins of your day to complete the challenge. Once you have completed the 4 rounds don't forget to cool down and stretch your body! go for a little walk, and then strectch (I will post a video of some good post workout stretches you can do) Ok so maybe its 15mins of your day... but I know you can find time to do this...so lets have some fun!
