Cardio - High Knee's
Teaching tips - Keep your chest up high and drive those knees to the sky!
Body weight - Prisoner Squats with Alt Leg raise
Teaching tips - Keep your knees inline with your ankles in your squat! keep your eyes forward and back nice and straight.
Core - Crunches
Teaching tips - Keep your eyes to the sky, shoulders and feet off the mat and small pulses lifting your chest up to the sky. if your neck gets sore you can use your fingertips to support your head.
