3 Moves - 4 Rounds. 45s work/15s rest. Use the first round as a warm up round - to get use to the moves and times! then GO for it on the next 3.
Cardio - Sumo Squat Jumps
Teaching tips - Soft on the landings, keep the knees strong and inline with the ankles, dont let them sink in on the sumo squat and keep your back nice and straight by looking forward not down!
Body weight - Walk Out Planks
Teaching tips - touch toes then walk hands out, until in a raised plank position, keep your back nice and straight, keep eyes looking down to help this. then walk hands back towards your feet before standing up straight before going again.
Core - Cross Crunch
Teaching tips - Keep your eyes to the sky, shoulders and feet off the mat and small pulses across your core elbow heading in the direction of the opposite knee, but as its a crunch they won't meet! if your neck gets sore, use your fingertips to support your head.
