3 Moves - 4 Rounds. 45s work/15s rest. Use the first round as a warm up round - to get use to the moves and times! then GO for it on the next 3.
Cardio - Mountain Climbers
Teaching tips - Shoulders in line with wrists, body in a straight line, bring the knee up into the chest with the foot staying off the ground and then place it back down behind, before repeating the move with the other leg. ( think High knees - but horizontal)
Body weight - Squat pulses
Teaching tips - Sink down into a wide legged squat, then small puslse moves up and down. Keep the knees strong, dont like them dip in towards the middle.
Core - Scissor Legs
Teaching tips - Lying on the floor, place your hands under your botton (to support your lower back) raise your legs up into the air high then take them down as low as you can, and then criss cross them over each other.
