3 Moves - 4 Rounds. 45s work/15s rest. Use the first round as a warm up round - to get use to the moves and times! then GO for it on the next 3.
Cardio - Jumping Jacks
Teaching tips - Start with feet together and hands by your side, jump legs out and drive arms out to the side and then up above your head. be soft on the landing of the jumps and keep the momentum going!
Body weight - 3 Point Plank
Teaching tips - In a raised plank, shoulders in line with wrists, and body in a straight line, bring one knee into the chest, then repeat the other side, then bring the knee across the chest towards the opposite elbow, then reapeat with the other knee and the 3rd move is round the outside, bring the knee up to the elbow on the same side of the body, but not underneath, on the outside, and repeat on the other side.
Core - Bicylce Crunches
Teaching tips - Lying on the floor fingers to temple, eyes to the sky, bring opposite knee and elbow into the middle of the body, whilst the other leg extends as long and as low and as slow as you can! then change sides, so extend the leg that is currently bent into the chest and extend it away from the body, whilst the other knee comes into the chest to meet the opposite elbow, to give the abs a nice burning crunch!
